Service Description
I use multiple energy healing techniques to help you identify and release stuck energy. Oftentimes tension and pain is due to unconscious emotional patterns. We will uncover these patterns and clear the stagnation to create ease of flow in the body. Each session is different as it meets YOU (your body + energy field) where you are at the moment. I may receive messages from the spirit realms to assist you in your healing journey. Sessions include intuitive coaching and may involve somatic movements to be done at the time and/or as "homework". Sessions are Virtual or In-Person. $220
