Service Description
BEAM (Body Energy Ascension Movement) with Brookelin Monthly online movement and embodiment workshop designed to help you release stuck energy, restore balance, and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom.
Each 60-minute session includes:
🌀 30 minutes of movement — somatic practices, intuitive dance, and breathwork to help you regulate your nervous system and free stored energy.
🌬️ 30 minutes of reflection + community — a space for guided integration, intuitive coaching, and heartfelt connection with others on the journey. This class is about more than movement — it’s about coming home to yourself and remembering that you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we create a supportive space for healing, expression, and radiant transformation.
